Puerto Rican Voices is the work of the students in two sections of English 3061-2, a course developed by the Department of English of the College of Humanities for students in the School of Public Communications at the University of Puerto Rico. Doris Compton taught one section, I taught the other. Funding for the project was made available by the Office of the Dean of Studies. The book was printed by the press at the school of Public Communications School.
