1) How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within three to five days. After processing, the order is shipped via mail. Depending on the service selected, shipments to Puerto Rico may take three to seven business days and shipments to the United States may take seven to twelve business days. Libros 787, Inc. is not responsible for delays in the logistics service by the postal service.

2) Order tracking number

Once your order is packed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the USPS website, in the tracking and management section: https://es.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm

3) Why is there no tracking update in the mail system?

If you don't see an update on your order in the USPS tracking system, and it's been a while since you placed your order, it's very likely that the post office didn't scan your package's stamp correctly. Libros 787 usually delivers a lot of packages in the mail so it has happened that they don't scan and that's why there isn't an update in the system. However, as soon as your package goes to another post office on its way to its destination, an update will appear because they scan again. 4) The order appears delivered but you have not received it

If your order appears delivered in the tracking system, but you have not received it, you will need to visit the post office that delivers in your area and provide your tracking number so they can search their system and assist you. If after that step it still does not appear, please contact us at info@libros787.com so we can assist you and provide you with an alternative. We suggest waiting 24 hours after receiving the notification since, sometimes, they mark the package as delivered before making the official delivery.

5) How to apply a discount code?

As you complete your purchase and payment process, a discount code box will appear where you must enter the discount you wish to apply to your purchase. You may only use one code per purchase.
