Alfie and Kat's school trip takes an unexpected turn when they're whisked back to a Viking village in this exciting time-slip adventure from bestselling author Karen McCombie.
When the two friends get separated from their class during a visit to the Viking Museum, things take a strange turn--the exhibits around them start to come to life! At first, Kat is convinced they're being pranked for a TV game show and urges Alfie to play along. Soon they're cooking, weaving, and even digging a toilet pit as part of Viking village life.
But when the fun gives way to confusion, one big question remains: will they ever find their way back home?
